VJBL ASSOCIATION SUPPORT OFFICER PART TIME
The Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL ) is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified candidates for the position of VJBL Association Support Officer Part Time
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the administration of our state wide competition. The role is primarily to provide a link between the VJBL and all its member associations through out Victoria. This will be done through guidance, advise and assistance including and not limited to those listed below.
The VJBL is looking to employ a person for 3 days per week as Association Support Officer working Wednesday to Friday 1pm to 9 pm but flexible, to provide assistance on the following-
• Team registrations
• Coaches screening requirements
• Clearances and Permission to train forms
• Competition entries to Classic, 3 on 3, and 20 and under competitions
• Completing tenders for Finals, Classics and other events
• Administration requirements
• Clarification of Rules of Operation and VJBL Charter
• Completing of venue audits with Association representatives and provide
documentation and support where required
• Assist with all VJBL Competitions
• Assist new associations with documentation and advise on requirements to entering VJBL competitions
• Provide associations with guidance and direction for all matters relevant to the VJBL including legal, constitutional and financial matters
• Risk Management and OH & S compliance
• Assist administration with all aspects of competition management and fixturing.
